堀さんと初めてお会いしたのは20年以上前になります。最初は同僚として、東京とパリと離れていましたが、堀さんは本当にいつもポジティブで、ユーモアたっぷり、どんな時にも明るく、どんなにいろいろなことを教えていただいたかわかりません。お互い会社を離れた後も、ご縁があり、毎年限られた時間でしたが、東京やパリ、ロンドンで毎年お会いすることができました。お仕事もバリバリこなされながら、ご結婚、ご出産、子育てと、女性として人間として本当に尊敬しています。この数年、闘病生活の間も、堀さんの優しい、可愛らしい笑顔しか私には浮かびません。最後まで周りの人のために病気と闘い続けた堀さん、ゆっくりゆっくり眠ってください。 I first met Hori san, more than 20 years ago. At first we were colleagues based in Tokyo and Paris. She was always positive, full of humor, bright at all times, and I don't know how many things she taught me. Even after we left each other the company, we were connected and kept meeting each year in Tokyo, Paris, and London. While working hard, she got married, childbirth, grow up Ryuto, I have a great respect to her as a woman, and as human. For the past few years, during her fighting illness, I can only see her gentle, lovely smile. Hori-san, I love you so much and I miss you so much.
